Driver killed in single car crash in Pointe Coupee Parish
LAKELAND, La. (AP) - State police are investigating a single-vehicle crash in Pointe Coupee Parish that claimed the life of a 20-year-old man.
The crash occurred on La. Highway 413 north of U.S. 190 at 4:00 a.m. Friday.
Troopers say Dylan Juge of Glynn was driving a pickup north on Highway 413 near Alma Plantation when he ran off the roadway, the truck struck a driveway embankment, vaulted, and landed on its roof in the ditch.
Juge was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pointe Coupee Parish Coroner's Office.
