Drilling begins on 2nd relief well near Gulf leak

BP have started drilling a second relief well where the oil rig exploded in the Gulf of Mexico.
BP continues to siphon some of the oil gushing into the Gulf, but officials say relief wells are a more permanent solution.
It will be months before they're complete.
Drilling on the original relief well has been underway for weeks.
