Romney arrives for Baton Rouge fundraiser
BATON ROUGE - Presumptive Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is in downtown Baton Rouge today to raise money in his bid for the White House this fall.
Streets are blocked off and security heightened downtown as Romney arrived at the City Club for a $50,000 per plate luncheon.
This will be the second fundraiser hosted in Louisiana for the candidate. A fundraiser was held earlier this year in Shreveport.
News 2 is live at the City Club and will have updates throughout the day.
