Dow Jones takes a tumble

A tough day on Wall Street after the Dow ended below 10,000 and sparked new questions about the health of the global financial system.   At the close of business, the Dow was down 104 at 9,908.  The S&P 500 was off 9, and the Nasdaq was down 15.
