DOTD: All interstates have been reopened
BATON ROUGE- All interstates, including I-10 from Lafayette to Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge, both north and southbound lanes of I-110, as well as I-12 from I-10 to Airline Highway have now been reopened. That's according to DOTD officials.
DOTD crews have also reopened the new Mississippi River bridge on I-10, as well as the old Mississippi River bridge on US 190.
The Audubon Bridge in West Feliciana Parish remained closed, and Ascension Parish crews were working to remove a tree that fell across Highway 74 between Bluff and the Iberville Parish line.
The roadways were closed due to the latest round of winter weather that caused ice on the roads.
Although the roads have been reopened, drivers are still urged to use caution if they have to be out on the highway.
