Police investigating dog fight posted on Facebook
BATON ROUGE - Investigators are searching for a man who posted a video to Facebook Monday showing two dogs fighting while a group watched and cheered for one of the dogs.
The video is extremely graphic.
Spectators can be heard saying one dog is "old enough" and "ready." Another repeatedly cheered and yelled, "he gonna take that ear off."
The condition of both dogs is unknown.
The video was posted Monday on Kendrick Drummond's Facebook page, but the page has since been deleted.
Shortly after the video was posted, Drummond responded to negative comments about the post saying, "There never catch me" and "I gotta killa that needs ah contract.... Unlike lebron he leave no witnesses."
Drummond's Facebook information said he is from Amite, currently lives in Layafette, and goes to Baton Rouge Community College.
The Tangipahoa Parish Humane Society started investigating the video Monday night, and other law enforcement agencies from Lafayette to Tangipahoa Parish got involved earlier today.
