SHREVEPORT, La.- Shreveport police say a complaint about a disorderly person resulted in the seizure of about $200,000 in marijuana plants and three arrests.
Police said that officers responding to the intoxication call late Friday smelled marijuana as soon as the man opened the door. He consented to a search and officers turned up about 200 marijuana plants in a walk-in closet and a greenhouse.
Two adults and their 18-year-old son were arrested. Police said two young children in the house were turned over state child protective agents.
