BATON ROUGE – The East Baton Rouge Parish disaster recovery center in Central is moving to a new location.

The disaster recovery center is currently located at the following address:

Central Parking Lot
13421 Hooper Road
Central, LA 70818

The new location for the center will be moved to following address and will open at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10:

Old Neighbors Credit Union
13336 Hooper Road
Central, LA 70818  

Disaster survivors who have registered with FEMA may visit any disaster recovery center for help. Centers are staffed by FEMA, SBA and other disaster recovery experts.

To find a disaster recovery center near you, call the FEMA helpline at 800-621-3362 or text DRC and your zip code to 43362. Residents can also find a center near them by downloading the FEMA app on their mobile phones or by going online to fema.gov.drc.
