Trouble is brewing next to a coffee house in Philadelphia after the owner cleared a vacant lot next to the business. The lot is owned by the city and has been empty for decades. Ori Feibush owns the next door coffee shop and he's also a developer who cleared the trash-strewn lot as a better welcome for his customers. It angered city leaders who say Feibush shouldn't have done the work since he didn't own the lot, plus he shouldn't be using taxpayer-owned property to benefit his business. Feibush says he spent $20,000 to clear and lot and he wants to buy it. He's one of four who put in a bid.
