Detectives arrest accused Western store burglar
AMITE - Detectives from the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office said they arrested a 23-year-old woman for the July 21 burglary of a Western store in Amite.
23-year-old Latricia Rowland of Greensburg was booked into the parish jail on one count of simple burglary, according to a TPSO spokesperson.
Surveillance cameras captured the burglary in progress on Monday night at the Tack and Treasure Western store located on Hwy 16 West.
Deputies asked for assistance in identifying the woman on Thursday morning and announced her arrest later that afternoon.
