Authorities in Oregon released details and names of victims after a man confessed to two murders from the 1970's. Police in Texas say Jeffery Paul Cutlip called them and confessed to killing Marlene Carlson in 1975 and Julie Bennett in 1977 in Portland. Carlson was strangled in her apartment and Bennett was a 15-year-old who vanished and was later found dead in a creek. Investigators haven't said what motivated Cutlip to come forward. Police in Brownsville, Texas say he called and confessed to four killings but police in Oregon haven't confirmed that or released information on other murders. Cutlip has an extradition hearing on Wednesday.
