LIVINGSTON- Developers of the planned mixed-use project Juban Crossing plan to announce details about stores in the next few weeks.

Livingston Parish President Layton Ricks said he expects the news in two or three weeks. Following the announcement, construction should begin.

State bonds have been sold to pay for infrastructure around the shopping center.

The first phase could be finished in about a year.
