Deputies: woman can't afford repairs, torches car
BATON ROUGE- Deputies arrested a woman, accused of burning her car and claiming it was stolen.
Investigators said Victoria Anderson could not afford a repair bill, so she reported the car as being stolen and it was found burned. Deputies said she burned it.
Anderson's mechanic said the work on her car was going to be more than the car was worth.
Anderson faces numerous charges.
