BAKER - The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office is looking for three suspects in connection with a vehicle burglary off of Plank Road in Baker.

According to the Sheriff's Office, on Thursday, May 3 at 7:45 p.m., deputies were called to the 7400 block of Kent Drive in reference to a vehicle burglary. Deputies arrived and spoke with the homeowner who said she was contacted by her neighbor. The neighbor told the homeowner that she saw three suspicious males on bicycles in the neighborhood.

The homeowner checked the home's video surveillance footage and saw three males rode by her home on bicycles that same day at 2:00 a.m.

Additionally, the homeowner said that the three then returned and two of them approached her vehicle while the other stood as a lookout at the end of the driveway.

The two males were seen rummaging through the homeowner's vehicle but nothing was taken, according to the Sheriff's Office. All three then rode off on their bicycles and went in an unknown direction.

Anyone with information concerning this incident or the identity of the suspects is asked to contact the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office at 225-389-5064.
