Deputies investigating Jones Creek bank robbery
BATON ROUGE - Sheriff's deputies responded to a bank robbery in progress Wednesday morning in East Baton Rouge Parish.
The robbery happened at the Chase bank at 6170 Jones Creek Road in Shenandoah around 10:30 a.m., according to deputies.
Law enforcement said no injuries were reported in connection with the incident, and the robber did not show any weapons.
