Deputies find drug lab after fire in West Feliciana
WAKEFIELD – Deputies in West Feliciana Parish say they found what appears to be a drug lab after a fire at a trailer park Saturday morning.
Deputies responded to the Sinclair Trailer Park in Wakefield around 8 a.m. Saturday. At the scene, deputies discovered “what appeared to be a clandestine lab” that had caught fire and exploded.
A spokesperson for the sheriff’s office said one person was treated for burns at a local hospital.
The investigation is ongoing and no charges have been made at this time.
