Denver Airport Rape
A woman says she was raped at Denver International Airport while two janitors walked by and did nothing. Noel Bertrand of Portland, Oregon was arrested for the the attack and his bail was set at $50,000. A family member of the woman making the allegation says she missed a connecting flight and had to spend the night in the airport. The family member gave this account: She met a man at an airport restaurant and they struck up a conversation. When she left, he followed and tried to kiss her. She refused and says he grabbed her and threw her to the floor and assaulted her. Her name was not given to protect her identity as a rape victim. The airport says its investigating to see if employees failed to report the attack.
