BATON ROUGE - The state Attorney General's Office says its Fugitive Apprehension Unit and federal marshals have arrested a 21-year-old woman in connection with the shooting death of a Bridge City man earlier this month.
Theodore Pierce was found dead at a Bridge City intersection on Jan. 2.
Chasity Griffin of Denham Springs has been booked with second-degree murder and with being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to a Wednesday news release from the Attorney
General's Office.
The arrest follows a criminal investigation by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office.
