BATON ROUGE- C.J. Brown, the Baton Rouge area's largest residential real estate agency, says it has acquired the assets of M.A. Allen of Denham Springs.
Today's announcement indicates M.A. Allen's office will be rebranded as C.J. Brown.
C.J. Brown is a division of Latter & Blum.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
M.A. Allen's founder Mary Ann Allen and her 40 agents will join the more than 250 agents of C.J. Brown, according to the announcement.
