DENHAM SPRINGS- A Denham Springs man is accused of killing a Greenwell Springs teen in a car crash earlier this year.

According to Louisiana State Police, James T. Watts III's arrest Thursday comes after a blood test revealed Watts' blood alcohol concentration was over the legal limit during the September 9th wreck.

16-year-old Phillip Abington was the victim in that crash.

Watts is charged with vehicular homicide. The 31-year-old faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
