Debris drop off for Ascension residents opens at Lamar Dixon Expo Center
ASCENSION – A public drop off point for debris removal for Ascension Parish residents has been established at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales.
Residents are asked to enter through the back gates of the center off of Ashland Road. The drop off point is located in the confined gates of the sewer treatment plant towards the back of the center.
Residents' driver licenses will be checked before dropping off debris. No contractors may drop debris at the location.
The drop off point will be open to residents from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
