Deadly crash on I-12

Baton Rouge police are investigating a crash on Interstate 12 eastbound that killed one person.
It happened just after 3 a.m. near the Millerville exit.
Police say a witness on the scene told them the 18-wheeler was at a complete stop in the middle lane of traffic when the motorcycle hit the back of it.
The driver of the motorcycle died at the scene.
Police have not released the victim's name.
