A college student in San Diego picked up during a drug raid and left in a holding cell for days without food, water or a toilet got an apology from the Drug Enforcement Administration. The DEA acting agent-in-charge in San Diego says he was troubled by the treatment of Daniel Chong and extended his "deepest regrets" to him. He says he's ordered a review of his office's policies and procedures since Chong was not charged and to find out why he wasn't released.
