Baton Rouge, LA - "Yeah that was cool. I think Darrel does a lot of that in Madden so that's what prepared him for that."

Danny Etling happy to answer any questions about the running back taking snaps at quarterback.

I'm no Madden pro, but I know Derrius Guice is and his sidekick in the backfield looks like the perfect fit for the wildcat no matter who's calling the plays.

Good thing for LSU is that Matt Canada's calling the plays, trying to get his running backs to put up video game numbers. Darrel Williams didn't do that quite yet but he did give the Tigers the spark they needed with a 54-yard wildcat sprint against the Tide.

No. 28 showing off a new talent for the Tigers, as LSU's leading rusher vs. Bama, something we could see more of in the last 3 games.

"Darrel is one of our Most Valuable Players," said head coach Ed Orgeron, "That is something that Matt came up with during the open date. It is something that he felt would be successful, and it was. Obviously Darrel is an all-around back, first, second, and third down back. He's very good at protection. He's one of our best special teams players.  Humble, mature, leadership, hard worker. He's the ultimate Tiger. He's a great young man."
