A man in Easton,Pennsylvania pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment after his 14-year-old son tried to pull out his own teeth because he'd never seen a dentist. Francisco Torres told a judge he "procrastinated" in getting the boy dental care. Police say the boy broke two teeth and had to have surgery to remove fragments. The Express-Times newspaper says Torres told the court he had insurance problems that contributed to the delay in dental care. Torres' lawyer wants him to have a psychological evaluation before sentencing in December.
