“Cyberbulling” a relatively new term, but it’s growing problem.
Kids are using the Internet to intimidate, or "bully", others. There is now a state bill aimed at stopping cyberbullying, and it’s making its way through the legislature. Nearly everyone agrees that something needs to be done, but some are concerned about the levels of punishment for what they consider kids being kids.
