LIVINGSTON- The dusk to dawn curfew has been lifted for most areas of the parish, except in the lower end where flooding remains an issue.

"I am asking everyone to avoid traveling to this part of the parish," said Paris President Layton Ricks.

Crews are also working to restore power to those who are still without electricity.
