TAMPA, FLORIDA- A pilot that lost contact with air traffic controllers was intercepted by military jets from Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida and when the plane landed, authorities say the pilot was drunk and crying. Phillip Lavoie is a private cargo pilot and was flying from Tampa to North Carolina when he lost contact with controllers for an hour.
