BATON ROUGE - Multiple first responders were on the scene of a reported shooting involving a juvenile on 68th Avenue on Thursday night. 

Images from the scene show Baton Rouge Police Department, Baton Rouge Fire Department, and EMS vehicles on 68th Avenue near Village Street.

Reports indicate a juvenile victim was shot. He was transported from his home by EMS to be treated for his injuries. The extent of the injuries are unknown at this time.

BRPD has not officially commented on what they are investigating. WBRZ has reached out to police for information and are awaiting details.
