WALKER- A wreck involving school buses caused delays on the ride home Tuesday.

Highway 447 (Walker South Rd) is blocked. The crash is just south of the overpass, according to the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office Facebook page.

According to witnesses, multiple school buses crashed into each other. One person described it as a series of rear-end collisions.

WBRZ News 2 has learned multiple ambulances have been called, although there is no word of any serious injuries.

Deputies advise drivers to avoid the area. State Police is working the wreck at this time.
