BATON ROUGE- A court has ruled in favor of the East Baton Rouge Parish School System in a reverse discrimination trial.
Gary Burnett, the former head football coach at Glen Oaks High School, claims he was fired because he's white and the principal, who is black, made racially-charged comments and harassed him.
Today, the court denied Burnett's claims.
Burnett said he sued the school board to prevent this from happening to anyone else. He was also seeking unspecified damages.
