WBRZ - Baton Rouge

A man who flagged down a cop to ask for directions in Orem, Utah was nabbed for stealing two cell-phones from a convenience store. Police say the officer noticed that John White matched the description the store clerk gave of the thief. He was also at a house on a slip of paper the thief left at the store. The officer found White had both stolen phones plus some marijuana.
