Cop in Nebraska killed by gun from Atlanta
ATLANTA- A gun used to kill a police officer in Omaha, Nebraska was bought a woman who was a friend of the man who shot the officer. A federal agent says Jalita Johnson says she bought the gun but in reality, the agent says Marcus Wheeler gave her the money to buy it for him. Wheeler was identified as Johnson's boyfriend. Johnson says she has no comment. Wheeler shot officer Kerrie Orozco in May when he fired on officers trying to arrest him. Wheeler was killed in an exchange of gunfire with other officers.
