Cop accused of killing puppy
BALTIMORE, MARYLAND- A Baltimore cop is charged with animal cruelty for killing his girlfriend's puppy and texting her a picture of the dog's body. Alec Eugene Taylor surrendered to authorities on Wednesday. Police say Taylor's girlfriend called them and accused him of killing their seven-month old dog, Rocko. She says Taylor says he did it because the dog defecated on the carpet and he sent her a photo of what appeared to be a dead dog. The Baltimore Police Department says an administrative investigation is also underway.
