Skies will become go blue during the daytime hours. A weak cold front passing by will increase winds to about 15mph this afternoon and may have a few high clouds. Unlike last week, this week's stretch of sun won't be able to overcome cooling northeasterly winds. The result will be a slightly below average afternoon in the temperature category, with highs running in the middle 60s. Overnight, expect the coldest night of the week with clear skies and light winds (ideal cooling conditions) leading to lows in the 30s. A light frost isn't out of the question in Southern Mississippi and the Florida Parishes. On account of a cooler start, Wednesday's highs will be similar to or just cooler than Tuesday with a little increase in clouds through the day.
