BATON ROUGE - A commission put together to find public transit solutions in Baton Rouge gave their recommendations to local leaders today.
The Baton Rouge Area Chamber and Together Baton Rouge gave a presentation to city stakeholders this morning on suggestions to improve public transportation.
The commission was formed by Mayor-President Kip Holden to find viable solutions for the city's public transit challenges, after the CATS bus system announced it was more than a million dollars in the red.
We'll have more on the specific recommendations tonight on News 2 at 5 and 6.
