Colts' Wayne hoping to get on field vs Saints
INDIANAPOLIS - New Orleans quarterback Drew Brees should be back at his old job Saturday night, leading the Saints prolific offense against Indianapolis.
Colts receiver Reggie Wayne hopes he'll be lucky enough to play.
Brees has recovered from a strained left oblique muscle in time to play in the most significant week of the preseason. He's seen limited action this month in an effort to get healthy.
Wayne has not played in a game since mid-October when he tore the ACL in his right knee.
While he says he's ready, coach Chuck Pagano has played it safe with his six-time Pro Bowler. Pagano calls him a game-time decision.
