Clinton FD put out fire at dental office
CLINTON - Firefighters and police responded to a Clinton dental office Monday morning after the owner called to report his office was on fire.
Dr. Carl Anderson contacted authorities around 8 a.m. when he arrived at his office on 12242 Silliman Street in Clinton Monday morning and saw flames inside.
Bluff Creek, Clinton PD, and East Feliciana Parish Sheriff's deputies were on the scene as firefighters worked to put out the fire.
During the fire, there was an explosion inside the building when an oxygen tank was reached by the flames.
The cause of the dental office fire remains undetermined at this time and the incident remains under investigation. No injuries were reported in connection with the fire.
