It is a pleasant morning across the Capital City. We have mostly clear skies with comfortable temperatures in the lower 60s.
An upper-level low will move out of Texas and into the Gulf of Mexico this afternoon. This will help to set off isolated showers and thunderstorms over Southeast Louisiana with partly cloudy skies. Not all of you will see rain today since the low will be well off the Louisiana Coast. Those that do could have some heavy rain at times. It will be warm and humid with highs in the mid 80s.
Some showers will linger across South Louisiana tonight along with mostly cloudy skies. It will be warm and a little muggy with low temperatures in the lower 60s.
I have all the details on 2une In right now. Check us out!
