BATON ROUGE- The city will deal with a house where hundreds of images of child pornography were found last year.

Neighbors have complained about the house on Stoney Creek Ave.

A judge ruled the city can make repairs, and if it is deemed dangerous, it can be torn down.

The owner, David Burke, 60, remains in parish prison. He was arrested in May 2012 on 100 counts of child porn.

"It's horrible that it happened and I feel terrible for the kids. But hopefully he gets justice and we don't really have to see him," a neighbor told WBRZ News 2 last year.

Neighbors have called the property scary and disgusting.
