City of Walker lifts Emergency Water Conservation Alert
As of 2 pm Saturday, the City of Walker has lifted the Emergency Water Conservation Alert.
The sample that was submitted on Friday to the Department of Health and Hospitals came back clear.
Officials say that Walker water customers can go back to using their water as they did before the alert, and that a temporary is in place and working appropriately at the main water well location.
