CENTRAL - The City of Central will celebrate Veterans Day Wednesday night with a host of guest speakers and musical tributes.

The event kicks off tonight at 6 p.m. in the Central Intermediate School Courtyard.

According to the schedule of events, guest speakers include United States Congressman Garret Graves, Sgt. Kenneth Altazan of USMC (retired) and Mayor Junior Shelton.

Musical tributes can be expected from the likes of the Baton Rouge Caledonian Pipes and Drums, Central High Jazz Band, Central Community Quartet and CIS Children’s Choir.
