City leaders delete proposed law about dogs
BATON ROUGE- City leaders removed an agenda item from Wednesday's Metro Council meeting that would have restricted how long a dog could be tethered.
Councilman John Delgado pulled the ordinance and did not say if he would add it to an agenda later.
