The investigation of CIA interrogation tactics entered a new phase with the Justice Department saying it now includes the deaths of two men while they were in custody. Attorney General Eric Holder made that announcement on Thursday. The attorney general says he has accepted the recommendation of federal prosecutor John Durham to widen the scope. Durham has conducted a long-running inquiry into CIA interrogation practices during the Bush administration.
