Chinese food fight
BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS- A professor at Harvard University is in a food fight with a Chinese restaurant that overcharged him $1 per item on his take out order. He claims the bill was $4 higher but the restaurant says its menu prices on its website were out of date and promised to update them soon. Benjamin Edelman complained to the Sichuan Garden, demanding a $12 refund, arguing he's eligible for that under state law. He also contacted authorities to demand the restaurant compensate all other customers who might have paid higher prices. Authorities refused to intervene but the restaurant agreed to refund half of his bill which was $53.35.
