BATON ROUGE - Chef KD showed us how to make his recipe for gator brouillettes today on News 2 at 4.

Chef KD's Gator Brouillettes
1 lb Boiled potatoes
½ cup of chopped onions, celery and bell pepper
2 tablespoons of Tony's
1 tablespoon of garlic
Food process until blended then scoop into balls.
Mix 4 to 4 ½ cups of bread crumbs with ¼ cup of chopped parsley.
Roll balls in mixture.
Bake or fry.
