Central moves to 2-0 with big win against Morgan City
CENTRAL - The Central Wildcats lit up the scoreboard Friday night, beating Morgan City 51-27.
Xavier Lewis scored the first points for Central, taking a 20 yard run in for a score: a two point conversion put the Wildcats up 8-0 in the first.
The Tigers made things interesting early as a Tyler Sansone pass was tipped and picked off deep in Wildcats territory - the Tigers ran in the pick-six and closed the gap to 16-7.
From there it was all Central as the Wildcats improve to 2-0 with the win.
