Caution urged for trick-or-treaters
BATON ROUGE - Mayor-President Kip Holden is urging everyone to be careful during the trick-or-treat hours tonight between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. in East Baton Rouge Parish.
Holden says the expected rainy weather is beyond our control, but trick-or-treaters should wear light-colored or reflective clothing.
Holden also urges drivers to be on the lookout for trick-or-treaters while traveling through the neighborhoods tonight.
