BATON ROUGE - The CEO for the Capital Area Transit System is set to reveal his plans to overhaul Baton Rouge's public transit system today.
Brian Marshall will present the plans at the CATS board committee meeting Wednesday morning. It will include how he plans to spend the 10.6 mill property tax voters approved last spring.
The meeting starts at 11:30 a.m. at the CATS Administration Building and is open to the public.
News 2's Mike Steele will have details on the CATS plan starting at noon.
