Car fire caused by mechanical problem in engine

Update: The Baton Rouge Fire Department says the cause of the car fire was a mechanical problem with the engine.
The female driver of a 2002 Buick LeSabre stopped at the corner of Louise Street and Thomas Delpit Drive when her car caught fire. The driver behind her flagged her down when he noticed her car was smoking.
The female driver was able to get out of the car unharmed.
